Job Title: Front Office Executive/ Office Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time Location: Trivandrum Experience Level: 1 to 2 years Job Description: The Front Office Executive/ Office Coordinator is tasked with welcoming guests and employees. They are given the responsibility of reflecting our company’s values in order to make an exceptional first impression to all visitors. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired person
  • Attending to visitors and assuring that they have a pleasant experience
  • Maintaining weekly and monthly MIS for Administrative Expenses
  • Arrange transport and accommodations for trainers/trainees/employees and clients
  • Ordering stocks of stationary and other items that the office uses on a day to day basis
  • Maintaining records as needed
  • Ensuring that all facilities are maintained at all times. This includes close coordination with electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other facilities experts available on call
  • Maintaining record of incoming and outgoing courier and dispatch
  • Maintaining attendance details and supervision of housekeeping staff
  • Issue identification cards to the permanent and contract employees
  • Assisting in other Administrative and Human Resource functions.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills with absolute politeness in verbal conversation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using a personal computer and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum one year of experience in handling front office and admin activities
